But it is easy to damage and corrode the workpiece surface. Therefore, parts with higher requirements on the workpiece surface are not suitable for selecting lower frequencies. Moreover, the frequency is low, and the noise generated is correspondingly large. High-frequency ultrasonic waves have strong penetrating power, and should be cleaned and cleaned on parts with high surface finish requirements or complex surfaces with many blind holes.
On the one hand, the noise of high-frequency ultrasound is also small, which is suitable for cleaning some precision parts, such as some electronic parts, small bearing processing, and magnetic materials. For the cleaning of some special workpieces such as integrated circuit chips and silicon wafer coating, higher frequency ultrasonic waves are suitable for cleaning.
