The single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine is composed of an electronic control box and an ultrasonic cleaning tank, which has good cleaning stability, few failures and strong output. This is a single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine which is a mechanical wave with a vibration frequency higher than that of sound waves. Vibration occurs under voltage excitation. This machine uses water-based plus a few additives as a cleaning agent, which has low cost and good cleaning effect. Scope of application: Cleaning of electronic parts, electroplating, hardware, clocks, watch bands, tools, optical lenses, jewelry, lenses, eyeglass frames, half-way silicon wafers, spinneret filters and glassware.
This series is suitable for pre-plating and post-plating cleaning, watch parts, jewellery, lenses, glasses frames and glassware.
Using a separate-excitation line structure, the input electric power is increased by more than 15% compared with the old circuit.
The ultrasonic output frequency can be fine-tuned according to different working conditions.
