In order to break decades of ultrasonic equipment of single frequency and can not meet the purpose of production testing, our company special independent research and development of the ultrasonic stability, high Q value, high efficiency of two, three, four kinds of arbitrary frequency conversion multi frequency ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic vibration plate product structure:

3. Excellent high temperature resistance makes the vibration plate work stably in boiling water at 100 °C for a long time.
4. The number of transducers is increased, so that the actual working power of each transducer is 70~80% of the designed rating, and the working life of the transducer is extended. The average working life is over 12,000 hours.
