Working principle of broadband ultrasonic vibrator:
Ultrasonic waves are composed of a series of sparse and dense longitudinal waves, which propagate around through the liquid medium. When the sound energy is high enough, in the loose half-cycle, the attraction between the liquid phase molecules is broken, forming a cavitation nucleus. The life of the cavitation nucleus is about 0.1μs. It can generate a local high temperature and high pressure environment of about 4000K and 100MPa at the moment of explosion, and generate a microjet with a speed of about 110m/s and a strong impact. This phenomenon is called ultrasonic cavitation. . The ultrasonic enhancement of the chemical reaction and transmission process is mainly caused by the chemical and mechanical effects of ultrasonic cavitation.
