Ultrasonic Immersible Transducer Pack also called the inputting type ultrasonic vibration plates, this product is suitable for cleaning electroplating parts before cleaning, horologe parts, hardware machinery parts, polyester filtering cores, semiconductor wafer, tools, lens, frames, jewellery, glass, utensils and other industries, wide application.
Ultrasonic Transducer Box are Custom Built Steel Boxes which contains Trasnducers. One the transducers are placed inside any tank and connected to the generator, the tank will act as an Ultrasonic Cleaning machine. Ultrasonic Transducers are also known as Immersible transducers as they can be immersed inside any tank.
We recommend Ultrasonic Transducers where large amount of Ultrasonic Power is recommended. In such cases it becomes easier to replace the transducer boxes and replace them as well. We make custom built transducer boxes according to the need of the clients.
The transducer boxes can be either hanged on the side of the tank wall or can be placed at the bottom of the tank. Write to us to know more and consultancy.

A Immersible Transducers is a hermetically sealed stainless steel container/ Box, which contains number of transducer elements. These transducers offer the major advantage of versatility in system design. The custom cleaning tank can be nearly any size that is appropriate to the application, and the transducers can be mounted so that the ultrasonic energy is directed and concentrated where it is needed most. In many cases, our customers already have an existing tank, which they wish to convert into an ultrasonic aqueous cleaning.
1. Immersible ultrasonic transducer unit can be installed in the tank by three ways: side, top and bottom. 1.The ultrasonic cleaning device is composed of the immersible ultrasonic transducer and generator. If ultrasonic cleaning machine of the standard model cannot be applied to a specific working environment, you can also make immersible ultrasonic transducer pack according to customizing special specifications. The working positions can be installed to fluid tank top side, bottom side or both side to achieve different cleaning effects..
2. It is of an all stainless steel structure, acid- and alkali-resistant, beautiful and durable. Strong acid- and strong alkali-resistant titanium plate material is used to reinforce and tighten welding..
