The mechanism of ultrasonic cleaning is to make use of the physical effects such as cavitation, radiation pressure and sound flow in the cleaning liquid. It can exfoliate the machinery produced by the dirt on the cleaning parts, and can also promote the chemical reaction between the cleaning liquid and the dirt, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the object. The frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can be selected by 10~500 kHz according to the size and purpose of the cleaning material, generally more than 20~50 kHz. With the increase of the frequency of ultrasonic transducer, Langerhans oscillator, longitudinal oscillator and thickness oscillator can be used. In the miniaturization aspect, radial vibration and flexural vibration are also adopted. Ultrasonic cleaning has become more and more widely used in various industries, agriculture, household equipment, electronics, automobile, rubber, printing, aircraft, food, hospital and medical research.

 

The ultrasonic vibrator produced by our company is a piezoelectric ceramic conversion device, which converts high-frequency sinusoidal voltage signals into high-frequency mechanical vibration signals, which are installed on the bottom or side walls of the cleaning tank, and are transmitted through the tank and act on the cleaning medium. The vibration signal of the vibrator is converted into a cavitation effect, and the attachment of the object is quickly peeled off to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Working principle of broadband ultrasonic vibrator:
Ultrasonic waves are composed of a series of sparse and dense longitudinal waves, which propagate around through the liquid medium. When the sound energy is high enough, the attraction between the liquid phase molecules is broken during the loose half-cycle, forming a cavitation nucleus. The life of the cavitation nucleus is about 0.1 μs. It can generate a local high temperature and high pressure environment of about 4000 K and 100 MPa at the moment of explosion [6], and generate a micro jet with a speed of about 110 m/s with strong impact. This phenomenon is called Ultrasonic cavitation. The ultrasonic enhancement of the chemical reaction and transmission process is mainly caused by the chemical and mechanical effects of ultrasonic cavitation.
