Underwater Ultrasonic Transducer Equipment use the split type structure,which high frequency with socket connection between vibration plate and ultrasonic generator, make it convenient for use and maintenance.
It has three kinds of models: bottom vibration type,side vibration type and top vibration type.It has obvious advantages in which it is easy to dismounting, assembling and maintenance.
When the power of slot ultrasonic cleaning machine is too small,we can use thrown-in-type immersible transducer. it can be converted into ultrasonic cleaning machine which is also a kind of low cost Submersible Ultrasonic Transducer.
Ultrasonic vibration plate structure description:
(1) It adopts all-stainless steel structure, which is resistant to acid and alkali, beautiful and durable.
(2) The split structure is adopted, and the high-frequency connection with the socket is adopted between the ultrasonic vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, and the use and maintenance are convenient.
(3) The installation and arrangement are convenient and flexible. According to the customer's needs, it can be divided into three types: bottom vibration type, side vibration type and vibrating type, which can adapt to the requirements of various cleaning methods.
(4) The input type ultrasonic vibration plate is easy to install, and various shapes and appearance modes can be customized according to customer requirements.
(5) The non-standard ultrasonic vibration board can be customized according to the customer's requirements. It can be customized after the on-site measurement by the customer company, and can be modified and repaired for the customer's existing ultrasonic vibration board.
