Installation steps and preparation tools:

3. Glue configuration: Stir the glue evenly according to the specified ratio. (Mirray, Ailuda, 4030 glue is mixed before bonding, KMD398 glue is mixed during the bonding process).
4. Install the vibrating head: apply the glue evenly to the bottom of the ultrasonic vibrator, and twist it gently to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom of the transducer and the contact surface of the cylinder bottom, so that the vibrator is tightly combined with stainless steel as a whole .
5. Curing and solidification: It can be cured by being placed in a place with relatively high room temperature. It can be connected in 4-8 hours. After 24 hours, the test machine can be powered on. The test machine must not be allowed to vibrate.
Notes: 1. Metal-type nail machines can also replace TIG welding. 2. The welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise they will fall off easily. 3. Regarding curing, the temperature should be considered for the length of time, the temperature is low for a long time, the temperature is high, it is faster, it is recommended to operate at room temperature, even if heating, do not overheat, the best is appropriate.
