Equipped with a set of circulating system:
The cleaning solution in the cleaning tank forms self circulation through water separator, circulating pump, filter, pipeline and ball valve, and filters impurities in the cleaning solution. The flow and head strength of the circulating pump ensure to remove the suspended dust in the cleaning solution.
The circulating pump is equipped with automatic / manual selection switch. Under automatic condition, the circulating pump is started at the beginning of cleaning and automatically closed after cleaning. The outlet of the circulating system is equipped with a pressure display gauge.
Frequency: 28kHz, heating: 6kW * one cleaning basket
The cleaning tank is made of imported SUS316, 2mm thick stainless steel plate, and the outer plate is made of SUS304, 1mm thick stainless steel plate. The main electrical components and control parts of the equipment are high-quality imported parts.
The appearance of the equipment shall be beautiful, fine, convenient for maintenance, and convenient for emergency.

Device structure description:
1. The cleaning tank is provided with a unilateral overflow structure. Float the tank into the storage tank through the overflow port, and then pump it into the cleaning tank for use after filtering
2.The trough body is spliced from multiple stainless steel plates
3. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a liquid discharge port, which can directly drain the liquid through the ball valve
4.Stainless steel heating tube inside the tank
5.Ultrasonic control box and cleaning tank are separated
6. Mechanical temperature controller, temperature adjustable from 30-110 degrees
7. The inner groove is all imported thick stainless steel, beautiful and durable
8. Southern stainless steel centrifugal pump, durable and low failure rate
9. Circulating filtration system, reducing the frequency of cleaning discharge and improving the utilization rate of cleaning agents
10. The size of the tank body can be made at random according to customer requirements to meet various needs
11. Can be customized multi-sided or side vibration mode to meet cleaning needs
