The power supply is a full digital design of multi-function, high-performance, high reliability ultrasonic cleaning machine dedicated power source.
(one) microcomputer control and digital frequency synthesis technology, frequency accuracy 10Hz.
(two) ultrasonic power manual level 16 and automatic 32 stage continuous adjustment.
(three) it can track the drift of the resonant point in real time and keep the best working frequency at all times.
(four) unique self-regulation matching technology, can compensate for the voltage, load, water level and water temperature changes caused by the power drop, so that the power range is less than +-5%.
(five) four digital display frequency, current, timing and other information, intuitive and clear.
(six) the utility model has the functions of perfect overheat protection, overcurrent protection and overvoltage protection.
(seven) digital adjustment of sweep frequency and width is helpful to eliminate standing wave, variable splash and sound, and debugging is convenient and visual.

Panel function description:
1. display window: display work frequency, current size, power level, working condition and fault condition.(Start / stop: control ultrasonic start and stop, automatic check after long press 2 seconds.)
1. constant current / sweep frequency: set constant current value and switch frequency sweep status [factory mode confirm this entry to next item].
2. plus: time plus time (setting the display time "XX.XX").
3. time minus: time timed minus (set display "ON/OFF").
4. Power Plus: increase the output power (set the display current "XX.XA").
5. power subtraction: reduce output power (set the display frequency "FX.XX").
power switch: control the 220V voltage.
