The working principle of the ultrasonic vibrating plate box is that the ultrasonic generator generates super-audio electric energy higher than 20KHZ, and the transducer is converted into the same frequency mechanical vibration into the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic conduction is forward and forward, which generates numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grown in the negative pressure region in which the ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally, and rapidly rupture in the positive pressure region. The formation, growth, and rapid rupture of such tiny bubbles are called "cavitation effects." Precautions during use of ultrasonic vibration plate:

1) There is liquid in the cleaning tank, and the depth of the liquid must exceed the depth of the vibration plate of the washing machine to start the machine;

2) The ultrasonic generator should be kept away from the heat source as much as possible to maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation;

3) Resolutely avoid the inflow of liquid into the ultrasonic power source to avoid short circuit or corrosion;

4) Ultrasonic vibration plate avoids working for more than eight hours at a time. If there is continuous work, it is recommended to work for more than four hours and rest for a while.

5) Clean the tank regularly to clean the surface;

6) If there is breakdown in the shock plate, do not turn it on. Please contact us in time.
