    Ultrasonic transducers are widely used. They are divided into industry, agriculture, transportation, life, medical and military according to the applied industry.     Ultrasonic transducers are piezoelectric ceramics that resonate at ultrasonic frequencies and convert electrical signals into mechanical vibrations by the piezoelectric effect of the material. Medical ultrasonic transducers (ultrasonic probes) operate in much the same way, and typically contain an electrical energy storage element and a mechanical vibration system inside. When the transducer is used as a transmitter, the electrical oscillating signal sent from the excitation source will cause a change in the electric or magnetic field in the electrical energy storage element of the transducer, which changes the mechanical vibration system of the transducer through some effect. A driving force is generated to cause it to vibrate, thereby propelling the medium in contact with the mechanical vibration system of the transducer to vibrate and radiate sound waves into the medium. The process of receiving sound waves is exactly the opposite. External sound waves act on the vibrating surface of the transducer, causing the mechanical vibration system of the transducer to vibrate, causing an electric field in the energy storage element of the transducer or by some physical effect. The magnetic field changes accordingly, causing the electrical output of the transducer to produce a voltage and current corresponding to the acoustic signal.

     

    The frequency of the transducer is inversely proportional to the wavelength, and the size of the wavelength is related to the diameter of the cavities (strictly speaking, it is caused by low frequency and longer nucleation time), and the diameter of the cavities is related to its explosion pressure. Generally, the higher the frequency, the smaller the wavelength, the smaller the diameter of the cavities, and the lower the explosion pressure, but the higher the density of the cavities and the better the permeability.
    Based on the above principles:
    Low frequency (17 ~ 23KHz): When the dirt to be cleaned is heavy or difficult to clean, and the impact of the explosion on the surface of the cleaned material is not great, a low frequency transducer should be selected. Commonly used industries are: magnetic industry, auto maintenance industry, textile industry, etc. Note that this series is relatively noisy, so it is best to do sound insulation treatment.
     Intermediate frequency (25 ~ 28KHz): If the dirt to be cleaned is slightly heavy or difficult to clean, and the impact of the explosion on the surface of the cleaned material is not great, you should choose an intermediate frequency transducer. This series of industries is the most widely used. The common ones are: machining industry, electroplating industry, catering industry, etc.
    Medium and high frequency (33 ~ 60KHz): If the dirt to be cleaned is light, easy to clean, or if there is a requirement for the impact of the explosion on the surface of the cleaned object, a medium to high frequency transducer should be selected. Commonly used industries are: precision parts, glass glasses, electronic components, circuit boards, etc .;
    High frequency (68-200KHz): The dirt to be cleaned is very light and easy to clean. When it is required to prevent any damage to the surface of the cleaned object from the impact of explosion, a high frequency series transducer should be selected. Commonly used industries are: semiconductors, special high-precision parts, etc.

    1. The ultrasonic vibrator mainly consists of the shell, sound window (matching layer), piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, backing, lead-out cable, Cymbal array receiver, etc.
    2. Among them, the piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer plays the same role as a general transducer, and is mainly used to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves. On top of the piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer is a Cymbal array receiver. It is mainly composed of a lead-out cable, a Cymbal transducer, a metal ring, and a rubber washer. It is used as an ultrasonic receiver to receive Doppler callback signals generated outside the frequency band of the piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer.
    3. The ultrasonic dishwasher oscillator is actually a piezoelectric ceramic with the same frequency as its resonance frequency. It uses the piezoelectric effect of the material to convert electrical energy into mechanical vibration. Generally, the ultrasonic wave is first generated by an ultrasonic generator, converted into mechanical vibration by an ultrasonic transducer, and then generated by an ultrasonic derivation device and an ultrasonic receiving device.
