Ultrasonic cleaning plate transducer
Transducer plates are flanged on the bottom or side of a cleaning tank and allow space saving within the bath, while being removable for potential replacement. The tank must first be cut to the dimensions of the plate, on which is welded a threaded frame. Another frame is screwed against the ultrasonic flange plate with a seal. This type of transmitter is more dedicated to machine manufacturers who can ensure a tight and secure mounting.

Features of the ultrasonic vibration plate :
1. The ultrasonic vibration plate adopts a split structure, and the high frequency connection with socket is used between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.

3. The ultrasonic vibration plate is made of full 2.0 ~ 2.5mm thick high-quality 304 / 316 stainless steel, acid resistant Alkali resistant, beautiful and durable;
4. Ultrasonic vibration plate has excellent waterproof and high temperature resistance performance, long service life; 5. Ultrasonic vibration plate can be made into three types: bottom shock, side shock and top shock, which can be installed flexibly according to needs to meet different cleaning requirements.
