The working principle of the ultrasonic vibrating plate box is that the ultrasonic generator generates super-audio electric energy higher than 20KHZ, and the transducer is converted into the same frequency mechanical vibration into the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic conduction is forward and forward, which generates numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grown in the negative pressure region in which the ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally, and rapidly rupture in the positive pressure region. The formation, growth, and rapid rupture of such tiny bubbles are called "cavitation effects." In the cavitation effect, the instantaneous high pressure of more than 10,000 atmospheres is generated after the bubble bursts, and the instantaneous high pressure continuously generated is like a series of small explosions continuously bombarding the surface of the object, so that the surface of the object quickly falls off.

TheUltrasonic Immersible Transducer Pack is also called an ultrasonic vibration box or an ultrasonic cleaning box, and is an ultrasonic cleaning device which is formed by bonding an ultrasonic vibrator to a stainless steel case and an ultrasonic generator. It is generally placed in various cleaning tanks for ultrasonic cleaning purposes. The size of the vibration plate and the direction of the lead tube can be made into the bottom vibration type, the side vibration type and the top vibration type according to the installation position, and the effect of thorough cleaning can be achieved by using different requirements. Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer for Cleaning: Power Sizing and Placement:
The number and placement of the submersible ultrasonic cleaning transducers is primarily determined by the volume of liquid in the tank, geometric layout of the tank, and load size of the parts. Depending on the size of the tank and parts cleaning application, the watts of ultrasonic power per gallon or watts/gal can vary from 30 to 100+ W/gal.

Immersible ultrasonic transducers for cleaning can be mounted on the sides or bottoms of the parts washing/cleaning tanks, depending upon their geometry. In general, side mounting is recommended for tanks where the depth is more than two times the smallest of the length or width. Side mounting helps prevent debris and foreign material from settling on the top of the ultrasonic transducer box, which can reduce ultrasonic effectiveness.
