    Introduction of Ultrasonic Oscillator:
    Ultrasonic vibrator, also called ultrasonic vibrating head, ultrasonic vibrating head, is a kind of ultrasonic transducer, and is the core component of ultrasonic cleaning machine. Industry standard name: Ultrasonic transducer, which belongs to piezoelectric ceramic material and one of the main accessories of ultrasonic cleaning machine. In terms of power, a single ultrasonic vibration head is 60W, 100W. The frequencies are: 20KHZ, 25KHZ, 28KHZ, 40KHZ, 68KHZ, 80KHZ, 100KHZ, or higher; the difference in shape is: straight column, horn and so on.

     

    Principles of ultrasonic transducer arrangement:
    (1) Different products have different requirements for cleaning, such as the degree of oil contamination of the product, the ease of cleaning, the level of cleaning requirements, and the design of the cleaning process.
    (2) The arrangement of the vibrators is not as dense as possible, and the proper one is the best.

     

    Ultrasonic Transducer Frequency selection:

    The frequency of the transducer is inversely proportional to the wavelength, and the wavelength is related to the diameter of the cavity (strictly speaking, the nucleation time is longer due to the low frequency), and the diameter of the cavity is related to the explosion pressure. The higher the general frequency, the smaller the wavelength, the smaller the diameter of the cavity, the lower the explosion pressure, but the higher the density of the cavity, the better the permeability.

     

    Installation steps and preparation tools:
    1. Preparation tools: argon arc welding, No. 10 hexagon socket wrench, chrome iron tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, 2 * 2.5 cable wire amount, vibrator glue, (wire stripper, casing, cable tie, sand blasting machine, Fittings, etc.).
    2. Welding screws: Calculate the arrangement of the vibrators, weld the screws in the cleaned position, and then clean the surroundings of the screws. Make sure that they are flat to avoid affecting the installation of the vibrators.
    3. Glue configuration: Stir the glue evenly according to the specified ratio. (Mirray, Ailuda, 4030 glue is mixed before bonding, KMD398 glue is mixed during the bonding process).
    4. Install the vibrating head: apply the glue evenly to the bottom of the ultrasonic vibrator, and twist it gently to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom of the transducer and the contact surface of the cylinder bottom, so that the vibrator is tightly combined with stainless steel as a whole .
    5, solidification and condensation: placed in a relatively high temperature room for curing, 4-8 hours can be connected, 24 hours after the test machine can be powered on, the test machine is absolutely not allowed to vibrate.
    Notes: 1. Metal-type nailing machines can also replace TIG welding. 2. The welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise they will fall off easily. 3. Regarding curing, the temperature should be considered for the length of time, the temperature is low for a long time, and the temperature is high, it is faster. It is recommended to operate at room temperature, even if it is heated, do not overheat it.
