The transducer uses different piezoelectric materials
The black chip is the P4 series. This type of piezoelectric material is a medium power emission type material with dual characteristics of transmission and reception.
With low dielectric loss and high mechanical quality factor, it is mainly used in ultrasonic cleaning and ultrasonic atomization.
The yellow chip is the P8 series. This type of piezoelectric material is a high-power emitting material. Its main characteristics are high mechanical quality factor.
Good stability, very low dielectric loss, especially suitable for making ultrasonic transducers for high power transmission. widely used in
Ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic emulsification, ultrasonic polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.
Comparison of different chip transducers:
1). The absolute value of the capacitance change of the yellow chip assembled transducer is low, and the strong field loss is small. Therefore, compared with the same driving circuit, the heat generation is low and the heat is stable. The water spray is stable to the change of the cleaning load and has a large impact, which is in the middle of the rules.
2). The transducer of the black chip has a high electromechanical coupling coefficient and a high Curie temperature, so the electroacoustic conversion efficiency is high. And it has higher stability and higher temperature resistance than other products using general P4 series. Water spray is high in water column and rich in bubbles, but it has high sensitivity to changes in cleaning load.
3). Application occasions (recommended): high frequency (such as above 40K) or low power transducer (less than 60W) is assembled with black chips
The transducer, low frequency or high power transducer uses yellow chip assembled transducer.
