Our ultrasonic anti-blinding system comprises an ultrasonic vibration generator and an ultrasonic transducer. In the ultrasonic anti-blinding, the whole mesh is vibrated at very high frequency that helps to dislodge the embedded particles gently without causing damage to the mesh or the product. The increase in throughput by using ultrasonic anti-blinding is 3-5 times more than the conventional anti-blinding, depending upon the nature of the products screened.
The top weight on motor shaft is rotated in a plane close to the center of the mass of the assembly. Rotation of the top the irregular Weights creates vibration in the horizontal plane causing material to move across the screen cloth to periphery. The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of Vibrating mass creating tilt on the screen giving vibration in vertical & tangential planes. Increasing the vertical component helps in maximizing the quantity of undersizes material to pass throughthe screen.
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is the rotary vibration screen installed ultrasonic system and it is a high-precision ultra fine powder screening machine. Working Principle
Ultrasonic vibrating screen can convert the 220V,50HZ or 110V,60HZ electric energy to 33KHZ high frequency electric energy, then, convert it to mechanical vibration of 33KHZ through ultrasonic generator and transmit to the screen mesh. The super-fine powder on the screen mesh will get greater ultrasonic acceleration and avoid a series of screen mesh blocking factors.
