Ultrasonic vibration plate product structure:

2. The gluing process of the first-class transducer and the monitoring range board of the bottom mobile phone card monitor can ensure that there is no degumming consideration, so that the sound wave transmission path is smooth.
3. Excellent high temperature resistance makes the vibration plate work stably in boiling water at 100 °C for a long time.
4. The number of transducers is increased, so that the actual working power of each transducer is 70~80% of the designed rating, and the working life of the transducer is extended. The average working life is over 12,000 hours.
